These tips can help reduce your risk of many diseases and improve your overall health.

  1. screens:

Using two screens at the same time can lead to eye fatigue and strain, and can affect vision and mood. This risk can be reduced by reducing screen time and making sure to take regular breaks.

2. sleep:

Getting enough sleep can help reduce overall fatigue and stress, and can lower your risk of diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. You should try to get 7–8 hours of sleep each night. And don’t chase the idea of sleeping early, just keep sleeping at a specific hour every day

3. foods:

Reducing your intake of high-fat, highly processed foods can help reduce your risk of heart disease and obesity. You should try to include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. And reduce the amount of sugar

Finally, reducing your intake of sweets in large quantities can help avoid tooth decay and improve your overall health. You should try to replace sweetened drinks with water or unsweetened drinks.
